NCC was started in our college in the year 1994. Though, it is an extra-curricular activity we give more importance to NCC. Total number of students in NCC is 102 students belong to 1st year &2nd year. second year students attend ‘B’ certificate examination and Third year students attend ‘C’ certificate examination. Different camps are being conducted in our college such as TSC camp, Annual Training Camp, RDC camp. We provide students the practice of rifle shooting. We encourage students to participate in camps. In our college we provide funds to students for their active participation in camps.

Some of the NCC candidate had attend RDC camps namely KIRUBA NANCY of 2nd year BSC (sw) in 2012 and NATCHIYAMMAL of 2nd year BA (English) in 2012. SIVARANJINI of 2nd year BSC (physics) She attended the RDC camp at the year 2012 taking place at Agriculture college, NTA.Idayapatti ,Y.Othakadai.

At present our college Ncc student she get job in police appointment m.muthumeena bba, m.s.gowsalya English, m. meenakshi IT.our students get opporuntity in SSB Trainingand Interview Through NCC

Police job and military job are available to NCC students. We encourage more students to participate in NCC parade and camps. Apart from parade and camp students come to know about Civil Affairs, Environment and Ecology, Health and Hygiene, Human Resource Development and Nation Building Persoanlity Development, Disaster Management, First Aid, Weapon Training, Map Reading. This is one of the stepping stone to the NCC students for their career.
