Department Profile

Department of Commerce C.A was started in the year 2001. This department at first combined with the B.Com department and both the department was headed by Mrs.S.Maheswari from 2001-2008.Then during the year 2008-2009, Department of Commerce C.A was separated and it performed its activities as an individual and it was headed by Mrs.S.Maheswari. From 2010- 2015, this department was headed by Mrs.A.ArockiaAmali. At present it is headed by Mrs. M.Pushpa Rani.

• To synthesis the stakeholders energy to get the global recognition in the area of Commerce with Computer Application.
• To enable all the students to become productive and responsible to acquire the prescribed competencies as well as good business acumen for excellence.

• To afford Commerce education interlinked with Computer knowledge to the rural poor learners.
• To serve as a platform to the rural student to enrich their personalities to shoulder greater responsibilities.
• To train and develop the students to be employable in the changing environment of IT and Commerce sectors.

• To offer an art business education.To provide opportunities for personal development and analytical skills through a guided project in computer application.
• To offer a platform to the learners who continue their higher education or pursue a professional career after completing graduation.
